Max Verstappen handed penalty after GT3 collision investigation in Portugal

Max Verstappen has received a reprimand and a Behavioural Warning Point after colliding with a Sainteloc Racing Audi during the GT World Challenge weekend in Portugal. The four-time Formula 1 world champion made contact while attempting to pass the car at Turn 3. Verstappen is racing for Mercedes-AMG Verstappen Racing during the F1 break.

His team finished 20th in Friday's first practice session at Algarve.
