When Leaders Step Back: What a Naga moment of regret can teach us about reconciliation

Raising, retracting their comments of 16 September on Dr SC Jamir. It followed a long meeting on 3 October between the Ao Senden and a delegation from the NSCN (IM), at which the delegation expressed regret. The Ao Senden answered that this was not enough: the leaders who made the statements had to retract them themselves.
