Uttar Pradesh To Use Space Technology For Farming, Urban Planning, Disaster Management Across 50+ Departments
Uttar Pradesh plans to expand space technology across more than 50 departments for agriculture, urban planning, disaster management, water resources and infrastructure. The initiative was highlighted at the 11th Space Applications Adoption Workshop in Lucknow, where officials discussed satellite data, remote sensing, geo-tagging and AI to improve governance and support Viksit Uttar Pradesh-2047.
