Disinfection byproducts (DBPs), particularly haloacetic acids (HAAs), exhibit male reproductive toxicity. However, their associations with asthenozoospermia remain unclear. To investigate associations of urinary trichloroacetic acid (TCAA) and dichloroacetic acid (DCAA), the predominant HAAs, with asthenozoospermia risk, and further to evaluate their joint effects.
