British Prime Minister Andy Burnham has reaffirmed the United Kingdom’s support for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy amid growing tensions between Washington and Kyiv over a US-Russia agreement on diesel supplies. During a telephone conversation, Mr. Burnham expressed solidarity with the Ukrainian leader and said Britain would continue to tighten sanctions against Moscow.
