Tibet Earthquake Kills 16, Injures Over 54 in Nagqu
In Tibet, 16 people have been killed and over 54 injured after a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck Baqen County in Nagqu City last evening. Hundreds of homes collapsed and rockfalls were trigerred. Rescue operations are underway with more than 1,600 personnel deployed to assist those affected and provide emergency relief.
