Suryoday SFB Allots ₹200 Cr Basel II Compliant NCDs

Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd has announced the allotment of 200 Subordinated, Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Transferable, Redeemable, Fully Paid-Up Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. These NCDs are categorized as Basel II Compliant Lower Tier II Capital and were allotted at par for an aggregate value of INR 200 Crore. The coupon rate is fixed at 10.05% per annum, payable semi-annually.
