Sudarsan Pattnaik Creates 10-Ft Maa Durga Installation Using Sand And 32 Varieties Of Produce
Padma Shri awardee Sudarsan Pattnaik created a 10-foot-high installation of Maa Durga at Puri Sea Beach in Odisha, using around eight tonnes of sand and 32 varieties of fruits and vegetables. Completed in five hours with students from his Sand Art Institute, the artwork carried the festive message, “Happy Durga Puja.”
