Shopian imposes curbs around JKBOSE exam centres

Srinagar, Oct 13: To ensure the fair, transparent, and smooth conduct of the upcoming annual board examinations, the District Administration Shopian has imposed prohibitions under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, around all examination centres across the district. The order was issued on Tuesday by District Magistrate Shopian, Charandeep Singh , in view of the Annual Regular (October–November 2026 Session) examinations scheduled by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) for Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th.
