Russia strikes Ukraine energy sites hours after Trump announces ceasefire; Kyiv reports blackouts

Ukraine has accused Russia of violating a proposed energy ceasefire announced by US President Donald Trump after strikes hit at least six energy facilities. Kyiv says the attacks continued even as it signalled its willingness to stop targeting Russian energy infrastructure.
