Agreement: I Agree Body: Dear Editor I am sad to read about the death of Clair du Boulay. I was a student of hers in the late 80s. I and peers will remember her as a dynamic, enthusiastic and encouraging lecturer.

Her lunchtime pathology demonstrations were legendary and always well attended. She inspired us like almost no other and consequently there are few others whose names I even remember. It is a great pity she suffered strokes in her final years.
