Railways to launch door-to-door parcel services

Indian Railways plans to introduce a door-to-door parcel service using the Rail Parcel App in eight cities. Customers in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and other cities can book pickups and deliveries. Bookings can be made online, easing the logistics burden for customers. Refunds for cancellations will also be available under specific conditions.
