Panic attacks, 14-hour shifts & abuse: Genpact techies allege toxic work culture, company reacts

From claims of employees documenting period stains for fear of not being believed to allegations of 14-hour work hours, retaliation, health-related neglect and gender bias, workers at Genpact's Hyderabad office have levelled a series of complaints against a senior manager. The company said an independent internal review is underway.
