Mumbai: NCLT Approves ₹577.24-Crore Resolution Plan For Arch Pharmalabs Revival

The NCLT has approved a ₹577.24-crore resolution plan for Mumbai-based Arch Pharmalabs, paving the way for its revival. The consortium led by entrepreneur Ashish Kumar and Hyderabad-based MetaX Life Sciences proposes payments within 75 days, including ₹50 crore in fresh equity and provisions for creditors, employees and statutory dues.
