Nongstoin: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma on Thursday formally declared the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Hospital at Nongstoin operational, in the presence of Minister Methodius Dkhar and MLAs Gabriel Wahlang and R.G. Momin.
