Inspection reports have revealed serious deficiencies in the operation of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), obtaining Consent to Operate from the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), and use of soaps and detergents conforming to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) norms.
