Kashmir, Observer, Jammu, Srinagar, Latest Kashmir News, Kashmir News, Kashmir Latest News Runners from 12 countries will join athletes from across India for the third edition of the Kashmir Marathon on October 25, with 73 foreign participants registered so far and the Tourism Department expecting the total turnout to cross 2,000.
