Justice Abhay Oka Questions SIR Process, Urges Supreme Court To Reconsider May 2026 Judgment

Former Supreme Court judge Justice Abhay Oka has urged the Supreme Court to reconsider its May 2026 judgment upholding the SIR process. He questioned the ECI’s authority to delete voters’ names for failing to submit enumeration forms and called for notice and a hearing before deletion.
