Judge dismisses indictment of Timothy Busfield
A judge in New Mexico dismissed the sexual assault charges against actor Timothy Busfield after a grand jury indictment. The charges involved allegations of improper touching of twin boys during production. Judge Joseph Montano noted that the prosecuting attorney failed to act fairly and impartially in the case.
