A joint venture between ASP Isotopes Inc subsidiary Quantum Leap Energy and South African state-owned nuclear energy corporation Necsa will develop, finance, build and operate a test bench and commercial-scale facility for the production of high-assay low-enriched uranium at Necsa's Pelindaba site.
