India to develop first indigenous aviation gun for Prachand, Rudra attack helicopters, SSS Defence CEO confirms

India is developing its first indigenous aviation gun, Bengaluru-based SSS Defence confirmed to WION. The firm is partnering with DRDO on a 20mm gun and turret system for the LCH Prachand and ALH Rudra helicopters, replacing French-origin firepower.
