HC summons HR&CE Commissioner

The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has summoned the Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department on a contempt petition filed for non-compliance of the court order to remove encroachments from Kalyana Pasupatheeswarar Temple lands in Karur.
