Cyclone Arnab Live: Landfall process complete; cyclonic storm weakens but still ‘severe’

Cyclone Arnab began its landfall process early Wednesday along the Andhra Pradesh and Yanam coasts, bringing torrential downpours in the area, said the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
