The six legislators - Maragatham Kumaravel, Sathyabhama, Isakki Subbaya, Jayakumar, MR Vijayabaskar and C Vijayabaskar - had faced disqualification proceedings after voting in favour of the TVK government during a trust vote, defying the AIADMK whip.
