Brahmapur: A baby boy with two heads was born at MKCG Medical College and Hospital Sunday to a woman from Kandhamal district, evoking the memories of conjoined twins Jaga and Balia, born there in 2015. The newborn has two heads and spinal columns, but a single heart and liver, alongside an absent anal opening. Admitted
