Alok Industries Ltd announced the completion of the sale of its 100% equity stake in Mileta a.s. The sale was executed by Alok Industries International Limited, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary. This transaction, which was finalized on October 9, 2026, follows a prior disclosure on December 16, 2025.

As a result of this divestment, Mileta a.s. is no longer a subsidiary of Alok Industries Ltd. This move signifies a strategic divestment by the company.
